Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the ChurPeak website, shop, customer account, and related services operated by ChurPeak LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

You must use ChurPeak lawfully and provide accurate information when creating an account, placing an order, or contacting us.

You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live and be at least the age of majority in your state to make a purchase. Shopify Customer Accounts provides authentication for the ChurPeak shop. You are responsible for protecting access to your email and account session and for activity completed through your account.

Tell us promptly at info@churpeak.com if you believe your account has been used without permission.

We work to present product descriptions, images, ingredients, prices, selling plans, and availability accurately. Packaging and product appearance may vary, and information may be corrected when an error is found. Products marked Coming Soon are for preview only and cannot be purchased.

Availability is not guaranteed. Shopify inventory and the cart or checkout response determine whether a product and requested quantity can be purchased at that moment. We may limit quantities or decline an order when reasonably necessary.

Prices are shown in the shop and may change before an order is placed. Taxes, shipping, discounts, and the final order total are shown during checkout where applicable. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; an order may be declined or canceled if payment is not authorized, inventory is unavailable, information is inaccurate, or fraud or misuse is suspected.

Payment is processed through Shopify-hosted checkout and its supported payment providers. ChurPeak does not store full card numbers or CVV security codes.

Available shipping methods, costs, and any delivery estimates are presented during checkout or in your order details. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by carriers, weather, address accuracy, inventory, or events outside ChurPeak’s reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address and for reviewing order details before checkout.

When you choose Subscribe & Save or another recurring option, the product page and checkout show the available frequency, recurring price, discount if any, and other plan details supplied by Shopify. By confirming a subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the selected plan until it is canceled or otherwise ends.

Where supported, you may view or request changes, skips, pauses, resumptions, or cancellation through your ChurPeak account or a Shopify-supported subscription management page. A change applies only after Shopify confirms it. Timing can affect whether an upcoming order has already been processed, so review the effective date shown before confirming.

Choose a product and physical chew size appropriate for your pet’s species, age, size, health, and chewing style. Always supervise chewing, provide fresh water, inspect the product, and remove pieces that become small enough to swallow. Follow the current package directions and ingredient information.

ChurPeak content is general product information and is not veterinary advice. Ask a veterinarian before use if your pet has an allergy, ingredient sensitivity, medical condition, dental concern, special diet, or difficulty chewing or swallowing. Stop use and seek appropriate care if you notice an adverse reaction.

You may not misuse the site, interfere with security or availability, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, scrape or copy the service in violation of law, impersonate another person, use the service for fraud, or use ChurPeak content or systems in a way that infringes the rights of others.

The ChurPeak name, logos, designs, text, photography, illustrations, software, and other site content are owned by ChurPeak LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited right to use the site for personal, lawful shopping and account purposes; they do not transfer ownership of ChurPeak content.

To the extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that every feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, ChurPeak LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or products. Any other liability is limited to the amount you paid ChurPeak for the product or service giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not permit them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer law requires otherwise. Courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Colorado may hear disputes, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

We may update these terms as the ChurPeak experience or applicable requirements change. The revised terms will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
