Privacy Policy

We collect information you choose to provide when you browse or shop with ChurPeak. This may include your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, customer-account details, communication preferences, and support messages.

When you shop, we receive information needed to support your order or subscription, such as the products selected, quantities, order status, delivery and fulfillment details, refunds where available, and safe payment-status information. ChurPeak may also store pet profiles and preferences you add, including a pet’s name, species, age, size, dietary preferences, ingredient sensitivities, medical conditions you choose to share, and favorite products.

Shopify provides ChurPeak’s commerce, customer-account, checkout, order, and subscription infrastructure. When you sign in, Shopify authenticates you and makes the customer information permitted for the ChurPeak storefront available to us. We use the Shopify customer identity to connect you to the same ChurPeak profile and avoid creating duplicate accounts.

Customers may choose Sign in with Google through Shopify Customer Accounts. ChurPeak does not directly operate that Google sign-in flow and does not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, Google Calendar, or unrelated Google account information. We receive only the customer information Shopify makes available through its customer-account and social-authentication flow.

We use information to provide and improve the ChurPeak experience: maintaining your account and pet profiles, processing and supporting purchases and subscriptions, helping with delivery and order questions, remembering preferences, providing relevant product guidance, communicating with you, and responding to requests.

We may also use limited information to understand how the site and shop are used, improve features and recommendations, maintain security, prevent fraud or misuse, troubleshoot problems, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Payments are completed through Shopify-hosted checkout and the payment providers enabled for the ChurPeak store. ChurPeak may display safe payment or order status returned by Shopify, but ChurPeak does not store full payment-card numbers, CVV security codes, or bank-account credentials.

Your payment provider and Shopify process payment information under their own terms and privacy practices.

ChurPeak and its service providers use cookies and similar session technologies that are necessary to keep the shop, cart, checkout handoff, security controls, and customer sign-in working. These technologies may also help us remember preferences, understand performance, and improve the customer experience.

You may be able to control some cookies through your browser. Blocking necessary cookies can prevent cart or account features from working correctly.

We share information only as reasonably needed with providers that help operate ChurPeak, such as Shopify, payment processors, hosting and database infrastructure, delivery and fulfillment partners, security and fraud-prevention services, analytics providers, and customer-support tools.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect customers or ChurPeak, to investigate misuse, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell access to your pet profile as a standalone product.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide accounts and services, support purchases and subscriptions, meet legal or accounting needs, resolve disputes, maintain security, and improve ChurPeak. Retention periods can differ by record type and applicable requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet transmission, account system, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You may review or update available profile, address, pet, and preference information through your ChurPeak account. You may also ask about access, correction, deletion, or other privacy choices that may apply to you. Certain records may need to be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or transaction purposes.
